Getting Your MLE Certification:
To become certified, individuals must meet the requirements set by ICML, which include at least 5 years of education or on-the-job training in engineering, mechanical maintenance, maintenance trades, lubrication, oil analysis, or condition monitoring. While an engineering degree or ICML certifications are not mandatory prerequisites, prior training and experience in lubrication concepts and field work would support candidates' preparation for the MLE test.
